The Holding

Our fields are located in the district Massanova, Senise (PZ), at the foot of the Pollino National Park at about 500 feet on the sea level, next to the Montecotugno lake, this is the first dam in Europe, second in the world in clay. The fields cover a total area of about 11 hectares, mainly cultivated with vineyards, orchards and olive groves.

Regarding the areas used for growing vegetables (peperone di Senise PGI), fertile lands are carefully identified each year, exclusively in the area of the municipality of Senise, suitable for the cultivation of the product. Our fields are located in areas exposed to sunlight and well ventilated, which allow us to limit the use of pesticides as much as possible and allow the product to follow its natural production cycle.
The fruits of our production are strictly organic in compliance with current regulations. The 11 hectares of the estate are divided as follows: 2 hectares of vineyard, whose varieties are Merlot and Aglianico, 1 hectare of olive grove, 1 hectare of vegetable garden, 1 hectare of woodland and the remaining part today is an irrigated arable land, cultivated with cereals that in the future it will be used for the creation of orchards.

A winery is also under construction, on the farm, for processing and storing wine.
